Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted as long as the item is in perfect condition, with its original packaging, tags attached and, for swimwear, the hygiene liner still in place, and the return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

The refund is processed to the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Returns are sent to our address at the buyer’s expense, and the proof of purchase must be included.

We strongly recommend keeping the courier receipt as proof of delivery of your return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If the item has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product, we replace it with a new item of the same characteristics at no additional cost, and we cover the shipping both ways.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

  • Personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and check your return, you are notified by email and the refund is processed within 14 days. How long it then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If we are unable to refund your original payment method, we contact you to arrange an alternative.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund confirmation email and the amount has not been credited, please get in touch.

My return has been processed, but I have not been refunded the shipping cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we sent you a defective item or an incorrect order.

I received an incorrect refund amount

If you believe you were refunded the wrong amount, get in touch with your order number and the amount you expected so we can look into it.

Has Mingle & Co received my returned items?

As soon as our warehouse processes your return you receive a confirmation email. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days of arriving with us.

If you have not heard from us within 20 days of sending your package, get in touch so we can investigate.
