Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted as long as the item is in perfect condition, with its original packaging and tags attached, and the return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Returns must be sent to our address under the buyer’s responsibility, and the proof of purchase must be included.

We strongly recommend keeping the courier service receipt as proof of delivery of your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product, we will replace it with a new item of the same characteristics at no additional cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive and process your return, you will be notified via email. Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days after receiving your package.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If we are unable to process the refund to your original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation email and the amount has not been credited to your account, please contact us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent you a defective item or an incorrect order.

If you believe you were refunded an incorrect amount, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the refund amount expected so we can assist you.
